We offer full service custom cut and sew manufacturing - development, sampling and production services for both basic and technical garments as well as any and all headwear and accessories. We provide creative design and development from concept to manufacturing and distribution for medium to large production volumes. A brief rundown of the process is laid out below.
Design Services and Consultation - whether you are looking to replicate or draw inspiration from an existing style or create a unique one from the ground up we can work with you to decide on the best route to take
Pattern Making and Grading - a pattern is drawn up/sketched based on your desired look, design, shape and fit by creating a digital mock-up, tech pack and spec sheet of the garment for your desired range of sizes (grading)
Prototyping and Sample Production - samples of the approved pattern are produced in all desired sizes and sent to you to review prior to mass production
Sourcing and Manufacturing (Domestically and/or Internationally) - once the prototypes/samples have been approved the fabric will be sourced and the mass production run will be scheduled. Lead times are based on the complexity of the garment, availability of fabric and overall volume of the order.
